Lily of the Valley is a feminine perfume by Crabtree & Evelyn.
The scent was launched in 1970
Lily of the Valley fragrance notes
Main accords:
White floral, Fresh, Citrus, Powdery, Floral, Rose, Green, Violet and Amber
I love the scent of the delicate little lily of the valley flowers, a sure harbinger of spring.
This fragrance does a good job of replicating that shy yet powerful scent.
Certainly this is sweet (as is the blossom), yet it isn't cloying.
The innocent, demure, charming note is captured very well here.
Like C&E's Lavender Water, this manages to convey in a simple yet effective way the flower in question.
Would many men wear this? Perhaps not. Yet I suspect that those men would enjoy encountering it on someone special.
