This cool pin is part of the 2014 limited edition Little Mermaid character connection jigsaw puzzle mystery collection. It features one the CHASERS Ursula, from The Little Mermaid, as a puzzle piece holding her seashell necklace in her hands.
It is brand new...but doesn't include box, only the black bag it came in.  I purchased it myself at Disneyland...seems that I misplaced the box.
