    Description

    Amazingly still in its original box and interior packaging, this very old bottle of ZIBELINE 85 DEGREES  Eau to Toilette by WEIL, now discontinued, is a wonderful Estate find!  Exact date of manufacture is unknown (to me) but as the line was launched in 1928, the box graphics appear to be circa 30's, perhaps 40's.  Zibeline...translated to "sable", was originally created to apply to that particular fur to keep mustiness away.  The large 7 oz. 3D hourglass shaped bottle remains unopened with the original cardboard protector below the cap.  A lovely addition for a vintage vanity display, or for actual use of course!!
